Summary
- I am a board certified family physician with family in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have a wife and two beautiful sons with a third on the way.
I attended medical school in Virginia and graduated with honors from the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) - Virginia Campus in Blacksburg, Virginia. The majority of my medical school was paid for by a Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) agreement with the United States Army.
I completed residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia just outside of Augusta. I served as chief resident during my final year of training. Since graduating from residency I have been working full time as a hospitalist / urgent care physician at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I will be on active duty in the Army as a physician until approximately May 2021. I am beginning research to look for a job following my Army career, after time off to move, I would like to start working in July 2021.
