Summary
- Dr. Jaclyn Brancato was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology with Honors from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. She completed her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s School of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency at Barnabas Health’s Jersey City Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. Before founding Brancato Medical, Dr. Brancato practiced for eight years at Summit Health in Clifton, where she was recognized as a “Primary Care Top Rated Provider” for her exceptional care.
As a board-certified primary care physician, Dr. Brancato provides compassionate, individualized care in all aspects of health and wellness, including, but not limited to, sick visits, well visits, preventive care, screenings, chronic disease management, women’s health, and geriatric care. She offers flexible scheduling with early, late, and weekend hours to accommodate busy lives. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Brancato ensures clear communication with patients and their loved ones when English is not their first language. Recognized for her clinical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Brancato tailors her care to meet each individual’s unique needs, building strong, lasting relationships with her patients.
Dr. Brancato lives in Morris County with her husband, four young children, and her grandparents. Her experience caring for her family shapes her empathy and personalized care philosophy in every patient interaction. Active in her community, church, and charitable causes, she was named Person of the Year by Catholic Charities in 2018. She received a Congressional Award from the office of the late Congressman Bill Pascrell Jr. for her work supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
