Isaac Naggar, MD PhD, is a neurologist based in Washington, DC, specializing in epilepsy and neurophysiology. He completed his medical education at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 2015, followed by an internship in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Naggar undertook residency training in neurology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he also served as Chief Resident. He further honed his expertise through fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy at the National Institutes of Health. His published research includes studies on seizures and autonomic nerve activity, vagal control during ventricular fibrillation, and high frequency oscillations in hippocampus.
