Summary

• I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Hypnotherapist with over 20 years healthcare experience who is driven to build strong relationships with my patients and their families. I act as a patient advocate to achieve best outcomes and assist my patients to make informed decisions regarding their mental health and well-being. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents and adults. I especially enjoy serving clients dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, OCD, life transitions, academic and occupational difficulties, relationship issues, weight loss, etc.
  
  In addition to English, I speak Ukrainian, Polish and Russian. I have been volunteering for Ukrainians in need of psychiatric, psychological and medical services. My goal as a healthcare provider is to empower my patients to become actively involved in their mental health and well-being and be proactive with their psychiatric needs!
