With 10 years of pediatric experience, I am committed to improving the healthcare for our patients by integrating equitable and inclusive practices into how we practice medicine. I also strive to create a welcoming, and supportive space for physicians to work in so that we can all care for our patients in the best way possible. My core competences include strategic, leadership, operational oversight, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all of which I bring to bear in my current position on the Pedi POWER Steering committee and as Site Lead of the San Jose Clinic.
