Summary

  • I began my career first as a cardiothoracic intensive care unit RN, moving on to train at Tufts University School of Medicine and eventually continuing on with a General Surgery Residency at the University of Maryland/Shock Trauma Hospital. Currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Cardiac Surgery Laboratory of Dr. Lawton at Johns Hopkins Hospital, it is my passion to help bridge the gap in quality cardiothoracic surgical care in underserved and communities.
