- Ian H. Rutkofsky, M.D. is a Psychiatrist, published author, writer, editor, medical researcher, professor, and Neuroscientist. He has a background in Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, and Integrative Medicine and completed a Transitional Year residency that combined Primary Care, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Neurology.
