Howard Corwin, MD, is a nephrologist and intensivist specializing in critical care, currently located in Hanover, NH. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center and a fellowship in Nephrology at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital after graduating from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 1977. Dr. Corwin is currently employed in Critical Care Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
