Summary

• Dr. Homan Salehi has been a Hospitalist at Banner Estrella Medical Center since 2005, and has served his institution in different capacities. He Graduated from Carol Davila Medical School, in Bucharest, Romania, and completed his Internal Medicine Residency, in Brooklyn, New York. He and his family moved to Phoenix, AZ, in 2005 where he started his professional career at BEMC as a Hospitalist. Dr. Salehi had the opportunity to serve in different committees, and positions, including Peer Review Committee, Co-Lead of Hospitalist Department, and Chairman of Hospitalist Committee. He is a proud recipient of “Friends of the Nursing Award,” and was honorably mentioned at the “Top Doc Award.” Dr. Salehi also had the opportunity to attend and graduate the “Banner Advanced Leadership for Physicians” program in 2015. Traveling with his wife and two teenage daughters, learning foreign languages, swimming, and charitable work are some of the few activities that Dr. Salehi enjoys doing during his free time.
