Dr. Heepeel Chang is a vascular surgeon based in Hackensack, NJ. He completed his surgical residency at UMass Chan - Baystate before pursuing a fellowship in vascular surgery at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He has worked as a vascular surgeon at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center since 2024, following his tenure at Westchester Medical Center and as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College from 2021 to 2024. Dr. Chang has expertise in treating aortic aneurysms and has co-authored several publications related to vascular surgery, including studies on atherosclerosis, pre-operative conditions affecting surgical outcomes, and the impact of COVID-19 vaccination on perioperative mortality.
