I am an experienced psychiatrist, and have added life coaching to my skillset. As a life coach, I help people who have loved ones with mental illness, to help them show up for their loved ones the way they want to, and take care of themselves at the same time. I help people work on their mindset about what they can control and what they can't, how to set boundaries, and how to use Nonviolent Communication to communicate their needs. Coaching has been transformational for my life, and I'm excited to use my skills and expertise to help others who are struggling.
