- I am a Board certified psychiatrist. I practiced in San Mateo County CA from 1964 til 1998. I then closed my office and did Locum Tenens work in Northern California til 2011. I was on active duty in the Air Force from 1954 -1964, I retired from the USArmy in 1990 as Lt-Col. Recently I wrote several papers re my practice and primarily my personal analysis.
