Overview of Dr. Mushlin
Harry Mushlin, MD, is a neurosurgeon based in Stony Brook, NY. He completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the University of Maryland after receiving his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He also holds a cum laude B.S. degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from The George Washington University. Currently he serves as Assistant Professor and Director of Complex Spine and Deformity at Stony Brook University Hospital. Prior to that, he was a Fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a Neurosurgery Resident at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Mushlin has several publications to his name in various esteemed medical journals. He has won numerous awards including the Charlie Kuntz Scholar Award and the Presentation Abstract Award from AANS/CNS Section on Spine and Peripheral Nerves.
