Very helpful, very kind and compassionate, patience. I have have rare pre existing conditions that I normally get mistreated, ignored and laughed at about because not alot of people have experience with them..my own primary physician refused to see me during a medical emergency and I was sent to Haleys location. She listened to me, empathized and more than helped me, she saved my life. Her and her staff really took care of me and I appreciate her and all of their kindness and help. I have to add, I literally have a physicians immediate care location right down the street from my house in Old Town..and I've never gotten this type of treatment and understanding like I did at Haleys Lakeview location.
