- I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist focusing on depression, anxiety, and PTSD. After receiving my bachelor's degree in Neurology, Physiology and Behavior from University of California of Davis, I completed medical school at St. Matthew's University. Thereafter, I had the honor of completing my psychiatry residency from East Tennessee State University colocated with Mountain Home Veteran's Affairs. Continuing on the same path, I sought my first employment at VA Central California Health Care System and moving closer to home. Along with psychotropic medication management, I seek to focus on the body as a whole unit. I encourage proper nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. After 5 years of serving veterans, I look to expand into private practice to serve California and my local community in the Sacramento region.
