Summary

• I am a board certified family medicine physician with over 25 years of out-patient primary care experience.
  
  I started as a family physician in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg in North Carolina where I served as a family medicine residency attending at Womack Army Medical Center as well as a Battalion Surgeon in the 82nd Airborne Division.
  
  After my Honorable Discharge in June 1998, I moved to Lewes, Delaware with my family and worked in private practice as a primary care physician including work in personalized primary care until moving to Florida in October 2023.
  
  I am currently working for CareATC as a family medicine physician at NextEra in their Juno Beach Health Center providing primary care for NextEra's employees and family members.
  
  My clinical practice continues to emphasize primary prevention by promoting routine health screenings, encouraging a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition, regular physical exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management, in addition to proactive measures to reduce risks associated with cardiovascular disease.
