Dr. Glenn Rauchwarg, DO, is a family medicine physician based in Williamsburg, VA. He completed his residency in family medicine from St Joseph's Health/SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse in 1995, following his graduation from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. He currently practices at Discovery Park Family Medicine, where he has been employed since 2014. Previously, he worked at Sentara Medical Group from 1998 to 2014 and at St Joseph's Family Medicine from 1995 to 1998. Dr. Rauchwarg has received several honors, including recognition programs for patient-centered medical homes, diabetes, and heart/stroke care from the National Committee for Quality Assurance, as well as the CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification.
