• Dr. Gilbert Seda is the Medical Director of Critical Care. at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista and Co-Medical Director of the Eastlake Sleep Center. Dr. Seda is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, neurocritical care and sleep medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his sleep medicine fellowship at the University of Colorado and National Jewish Health. He completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
