Overview of Dr. Montagna

I am Swiss board certified gynecologist. My clinical and research interests focus on breast cancer treatment. I completed a fellowship in oncoplastic breast surgery at the University Hospital of Basel, Switzerland, as well as a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York, where I currently work as an assistant attending in the Breast Service, in the Dept. of Surgery. I am particularly interested in de-escalation of axillary surgery, oncoplastic techniques and in management of rare breast cancer subtypes.
