- I am a head and neck surgical oncologist and the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Clinical Affairs at KCI and serve as the Chief, University Cancer Specialists (UCS) - Wayne State University Physician Group at Wayne State University. I have expertise in the surgical management of head and neck (mouth and throat) cancers along with melanoma, thyroid, parotid and sinus tumors. I also have been selected as “The Best Doctors in America”, “HOUR Detroit Magazine – Top Doctors” and listed in “Who’s Who in America”, and I have published over 80 articles and 6 chapters on head and neck cancer. My current research interests include gene therapy and surgical adjuvant therapy for head and neck cancer.
