George Rogu, MD, is a pediatric specialist based in Commack, NY. He completed his pediatric residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1994 to 1996, following an internship at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Jersey City) in 1993-1994. Dr. Rogu earned his medical degree from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1990. His work includes a publication on Hirschsprung's Disease in Cureus. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for his contributions to physician practice and patient-centered care from 2010 to 2014 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
