- Presently retired from managing correctional health care for the past 20 years. Was with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Correctional Services, and Corizon Health Care. Retired as VP of Medical Affairs 2008. I do consulting work in prison health care management. I also was an associate professor in family medicine and public health at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and North Texas State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. My early career involved doing family medicine in rural and urban settings.
