• Dr. Nikolskaya completed her Neurology residency at the University of California San Diego and a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at Harbor-UCLA. She is skilled in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions, performing neurodiagnostic studies, including EMG/NCS, VNG, and EEG, as well as botulinum toxin injection for migraine headaches, cervical and limb dystonia, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, bruxism - teeth grinding, and limb spasticity. She works in a private practice treating patients with a wide range of neurological disorders, including traumatic brain injury. She also serves as a clinical faculty member at UC San Diego, teaching clinical neurology to medical students.
