Dr. Gabriel Hakim is an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecologist based in Waterbury, CT, currently serving as a Senior Attending at Waterbury Hospital since 1987. He accomplished his residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine/Brooklyn Campus and New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital after graduating from St. George's University School of Medicine. His areas of expertise include chronic pelvic pain, amenorrhea, female sexual dysfunction, colposcopy, and abdominal hysterectomy. Dr. Hakim has been honored with various awards such as Connecticut Top Docs and the Excellence in Clinical Education from Quinnipiac University. He is also a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has recently retired from private practice.
