Dr. Frenesa Hall is an internal medicine specialist based in Greensboro, NC. She completed her medical residency in internal medicine at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center from 1989 to 1992. Dr. Hall is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, class of 1988. She holds an AB in biology from Harvard University, earned between 1979 and 1983.

She had a primary care practice in Lawrenceville, GA from 10/1992 to 12/2001. During that time she embraced functional medicine and took the Institute of Functional Medicine's 7 day intensive course, long before a certification in functional medicine was available. Over the years she has continued to do course work in nutrition, functional testing as well as environmental and energy medicine.

Dr. Hall works full time as a medical director for American National Insurance Company assisting underwriters to evaluate the medical history of life insurance applicants.
