Summary

  • I am a general otolaryngologist who is now a champion of migraine disease.

This complex neurological disease affects 1 out of every 8 ENT patients, presenting with dizziness, facial pressure & pain, TMD, tinnitus, ear pressure & pain, sensorineural hearing loss and many comorbidities. It is the most disabling health condition for women aged 25-50.

    I am engaged in efforts
    - to raise awareness through the international program Shades for Migraine,
    - to provide professional education with a free online course A Migraine Toolbox and offer free clinical resources on the website The Association of Migraine Disorders,
    - to improve collaboration between medical specialties through the Migraine in Otolaryngology Society,
    - to initiate and support research in many ways, including the Migraine Science Collaborative and the HEADS Registry.
