He completed his residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the Primary Care/Internal Medicine Program. Dr. Alarcon is Board certified in Internal Medicine, and Obesity. Dr. Alarcon is a Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor and Provider and aslo member of the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
