As an academic physician and healthcare administrator I am focused on providing data-driven, patient-centered, value-based care to improve healthcare delivery and reduce costs of care. Utilizing experience in management consulting and health policy research, I help to drive transformational change through high quality care delivery and system-wide performance improvement efforts.

My role as the Director of Specialty Care for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services encompasses population health management, clinical operations, value analysis, and quality/performance improvement within the nation's second largest municipal health system. By incorporating clinical informatics, data analytics, and management science to improve healthcare services in underserved communities, our impact goes beyond providing excellent patient care to transforming public health delivery.
