Summary

• My career as a psychiatrist has taken me to ICUs and drug infested community health centers. My focus has been to help those in medical hospitals and to battle against self destructive addictions. I have psychodynamic therapy training as well and maintain this pursuit. Through all this work, I have recognized the profound effects of spiritual and psychological factors that are beyond just the bounds of biochemical medications.
  
  My wife, a psychologist, and I have now committed our life work to assist those undergoing palliative care and end of life demoralization. We strongly believe in Ketamine assisted Psychotherapy and future psychedelics to serve those who are lost at the end of their lives. We have the experience to also treat the severely traumatized and suicidal depressed patient.
  
  No effective psychiatric interventions are available currently for demoralization syndrome which is still not a formal psychiatric diagnosis.
