Dr. Eugene P. Ceppa is a general surgeon based in Indianapolis, IN, with subspecialties in hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, gastroinstestinal surgical oncology, excluding breast, as well as minimally invasive surgery. He completed his medical education at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2003 and pursued residencies and fellowships at Duke University Hospital and Indiana University School of Medicine. He currently serves as a professor at Indiana University School of Medicine and an attending surgeon at the Indiana University Health University Hospital. Dr. Ceppa is experienced in treating diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and specializing in benign and malignant diseases of the bile duct, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, and stomach. His research has contributed to several publications in reputable surgical journals, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
