- Dr. Ethan Halm is the Vice Chancellor for Population Health at Rutgers Health, and the Deputy Chief Population Health Officer for the RWJBarnabas Health System. He is an experienced clinical and scientific leader, researcher, population health program builder, and mentor. He received his MD from Yale, MPH from Harvard, and internal medicine training at UCSF. He previously served as the Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas for 13 years prior to moving to Rutgers.
