Dr. Erin Buczek is an otolaryngologist in Kansas City, KS and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including KUMC and the Kansas City VA. She received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine then completed residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She then went on to a fellowship in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction at UAB and has been in practice 6 years. She specializes in head & neck endocrine surgery (thyroid/parathyroid). As a nationally recognized leader in the field, she has multiple publications and book chapters. Her clinical interests include novel technologies including continuous LAR intraoperative neuromonitoring and RFA for thyroid disease.
