Summary

  • I actively practice hip and knee arthroplasty
I am interested in ceramic hips, participated in WMT IDE 1997 to 2003 FDA approval and in kinematic aligned knee arthroplasty.
At UPHS, I work toward lowering perioperative risk for hip and knee arthroplasty patients and manage two large hip and knee bundles, BPCI and IBC, across our campuses, and toward orthopaedic surgery quality and safety culture. Now as, Orthopaedic Surgery Director Quality, we more formally develop structure to support key bundle work such as readmission risk mitigation.
