- Dr. Hall was born and raised in Fairmont, WV. He attended West Virginia University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He earned his medical degree at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV. He completed his pediatric residency at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, WV. He then moved to and began practicing in Hinesville, GA in 1998. He is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics . He is a member of the American Medical Association and is a fellow of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is currently an active staff member of Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, and is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Mercer School of Medicine in Macon, GA.
