Her career includes managing high-risk patients during post-acute hospitalization, a successful pilot as a post-discharge visit nurse practitioner to reduce hospital readmissions, and a broad range of experience in older adult care from wellness to end-of-life care in various settings. Emily helped to run Cedars-Sinai’s Geriatric Fracture Program where inpatient care is optimized for older adults who sustain fractures, and initiate secondary fracture and fall prevention. In her current role at Cedars-Sinai, Emily provides outpatient neuropalliative care to persons living with serious neurological disorders.
