• Elizabeth Yamaguchi is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Samford University in December of 2020. For the next 2 years, she worked at the private practice of Dr. Juliette Madrigal, an MD board certified internal medicine and pediatrics who is also the Burnet County Public Health Authority. After 2 years of gaining experience and skill, she decided to start her own practice, Paloma Primary Care.
  
  Previous to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for 6 years. As an RN, she worked in a high acuity cardiac/telemetry unit, a busy emergency room in a level I comprehensive stroke center hospital, and finally as a float nurse, traveling to several hospitals in the Austin area working on understaffed units. While earning her doctorate degree, she transitioned into pediatric home health.
