Summary
- I have extensive clinical experience (both personal and professional) with type 1 diabetes, and have been in practice for 24 years. I have recently closed my practice, and am now open to new opportunities! I enjoy coaching those with diabetes, as well as working with technology, including insulin pumps/hybrid closed loops and continuous glucose monitors. Education is also a passion, and I am currently working with our internal medicine residents teaching endocrinology topics as well as mentoring them toward careers and fellowships following training. I enjoy public speaking, and have spoken on a variety of endocrine topics to diverse audiences throughout the PNW. Currently, I am active in promoting Provider Wellness at my organization, being a member of the Wellness Committee for Providence Medical Group, as well as a founding Board member for Mindful Medicine PDX.
