- I am a board certified full service Family Doctor who went insane this year and opened my own practice in beautiful rural Cropseyville, NY. In addition to Family Medicine, I am offering Aesthetics (filler, botox, microbotox and skinvive) and Botox for pain management of migraines. I am also board certified in Aesthetics now which is so much fun as it is a constantly evolving field. I am the mother to two beautiful boys who love trouble and hugs.
