Summary

• As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner a major focus is placed on health maintenance, prevention, management of common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, behavioral issues, and patient/family education. The full spectrum of primary care services is provide through assessment, screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of children from birth through young adulthood.
  As a PNP I contribute to the well-being of children and families through the client-nurse relationship, teaching coaching function, professional role, managing and negotiating health care delivery systems, monitoring and ensuring the quality of health care practice, providing family centered care, and demonstrating cultural competency. Currently as a PNP within Renown I am part of a collaborative team that makes a genuine difference in the health and wellbeing of the children in our community. As part of a multidisciplinary team of health care providers we are continuously collaborating with patients, families, physicians and other members of the community to provide excellence in all aspect of care.
  Making a difference in the life of a child, teaching, caring for, loving on, building strong relationships, and providing special sensitivity to meeting there diverse needs has, and always will be the passion and motivation of my heart
