Overview of Dr. Anderson
I am a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon fellowship trained in Spine Surgery. My subspecialty interests are in complex reconstruction of the spine in adults and adolescents, Orthopaedic Traumatology, and Adult Total Hip and Knee Reconstruction. I have worked in Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma Centers for my entire career. I have taught residents for 7 years, and have experience leading the Orthopaedic Service line at 3 institutions. I have built 1 Orthopaedic Spinal Surgery Service line from the ground up. I have chaired the Credentials Committee, and been a member of the Clinical Risk Management Committee at the Department of Defense’s largest medical center. I am a graduate of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s Patient Safety Executive program.
