  The initial 60 minutes of Integrative Psychiatry consultation determines the therapeutic intervention best suited to your needs. This could include: medication if warranted often combined with psychotherapy, genotype testing, evidence-based supplements and stress management tailored to your professional/personal life challenges.
  
  The goal is to help you be prepared to confront any difficult life/work stressors taking into consideration your personal preferences, cultural background and spiritual beliefs
  
  I provide experienced support for health care practitioners.
  I offer individual consultations for physicians, nurses and psychotherapists where personal and professional issues are discussed in a confidential, compassionate way. As a clinician like you, I share your experiences and understand the responsibilities and stresses of medical and mental health practitioners. I will help you heal the healer.
