Founder and Director of a primary care health center and co-founder of a clinical research site for the study of liver and digestive diseases, Dr. Fanelli has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of critical-care nursing. Currently the clinical director of a corporate health center at a global law firm headquartered in New York, NY. Fanelli's experience extends across the healthcare spectrum to all areas of critical care and primary care. She notably contributed to several publications, including her dissertation on pre-treatment education for Chronic Hepatitis C therapy. Her academic dedication earned her a place on the Dean's List during her undergraduate studies at The College of Staten Island and Dr. Fanelli has precepted many nurse practitioner students towards excellence in nursing practice.
