Summary

In December 2018, I became the President of Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, a 182 bed hospital located in Northern Virginia. Prior to that I served as CEO of Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. In past, I have served as the hospital’s Chief Medical Officer since 2009 and Chief Operating Officer from 2014 until taking over as CEO. I am fortunate to still see some patients as a family physician. Working with GWU Medical School, students participate in an elective called “Administrative Medicine” learning leadership skills, LEAN process improvement methodology and high-reliability organizational concepts.
