Dr. Termine is an Ohio native and board-certified family physician who received his training from the Stamford Hospital/Columbia University Family Medicine Residency Program where he served as chief resident. He is a proud family physician who embraces the full scope of clinical practice to serve his patients of all ages, from newborns, to college students, to grandparents.
