Summary
- I am a board certified internist. My research interests include the study of benign and malignant diseases of the breast. I am involved in studies assessing breast cancer knowledge in various population groups, in the development of screening methods for early breast cancer detection, and improvement of quality of life for breast cancer patients. As an active member of Dr. Brent Bauer’s Mayo Integrative Medicine Group, I am participating in evaluating Mind-Body applications, herbal and dietary supplements, acupuncture, massage therapy and stress management strategies in patients with malignancies, chronic diseases, and stressed professionals.
