Dr. Diana Verde is currently a full time psychiatrist in San Luis Obispo, CA. She does telepsychiatry part time. She received her medical degree from Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in the Philippines and her Psychiatry residency in Adult and Child Psychiatry at University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, MI. She did a mini fellowship on Bipolar Disorder in Loyola University in Chicago. She participated as a clinical investigator in several pharmaceutical clinical trials and as a pharmaceutical speaker. She has been in private practice since 1993 and she specializes in child & adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Verde has a younger sister who is also a child and adolescent psychiatrist in private practice in Montclair, NJ and Mens Colony Corrections in San Luis Obispo. Her deceased father, Horatio Verde, M.D. a psychiatrist was an inspiration to her career choice.
