Summary
- I am a pediatric orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in hip conditions in
children and young adults - but with a strong focus on education and research.
Born and raised in Ohio, I attended medical school at the University.of Cincinnati,
orthopedic surgery residency at the Univ. of Iowa, and fellowship at the Hospital
for Sick Children, Toronto - where I also earned FRCS (C) certification.
I worked at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas for 7 years followed by my 30 year career at Childrens Hospital San Diego (Now Rady's CH ) where I directed resident education and the Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship.
