Overview of Dr. Sirsi
Deepa Sirsi, M.D. is the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Level IV Epilepsy Center at Children's HealthSM. She is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Specializing in pediatric neurology and epilepsy, she serves as Program Director for the Pediatric Epilepsy Fellowship program at UT Southwestern. Dr. Sirsi’s research focuses on clinical trials for intractable epilepsy and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Her clinical interests include pediatric genetic epilepsy syndromes, dietary treatments for epilepsy, and surgery for medically intractable epilepsy.
