Summary
- As a breast and gynecological medical oncologist at John Theurer Cancer Center, I am conducting research with our NCI Cancer Designation partners to determine the effect of a breast cancer diagnosis and therapies on patient cognition. I am also involved in research that has resulted in certain breast cancer patients being able to avoid chemotherapy, and in the use of liquid biopsies to detect recurrences of breast cancer.
