Summary

• I am a licensed psychologist that primarily provides individual outpatient psychotherapy for adult population. I have experience in providing treatment for mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder; health psychology with focus on issues such as obesity, bariatric pre-surgery psychological assessments, pain management and coping with other chronic physical health problems and diseases; substance abuse and dependency treatment; psychological and cognitive assessments, and evaluating for ADHD. I have specialized training in treatment of prenatal mood and anxiety disorders. I use cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, strategic, and ACT treatment modalities as well as developmental perspective. The therapy approach I use depends on the client's overall strengths and weakness, problematic issues and current functioning.
